So i'm guessing you want to know the fees and the process on how to get started.   Lets start with the fees.

bankruptcy petition preparer bpp diy do it yourself low cheap flat rate fee how much does it cost to get started chapter ch 7 seven

FEES:
There is a court filing fee that everyone has to pay.  The court charges $335 for Chapter 7 bankruptcies.  This is paid directly to the court.

Postage - $7  - Although we live in a digital world where email is great. The court requires original signatures on documents from both me and you. So I sign the documents and send them to you by mail.  This way, you don't have to worry about finding a place to print the documents etc.

There is a credit report fee of $35 per person.  This is paid along with the bankruptcy petition preparation fees.

Bankruptcy petition preparation fees - This is dictated by the bankruptcy court in your state. The most you will pay for my services is $200 (even if you file jointly with your spouse).  There are some states where the fee is lower.

Breakdown by State:
Arizona  -                            no services provided. Sorry.
California -          *attorney representation only (no DIY services) $1099
Maryland -                          $100
Michigan -                          $100
Minnesota -                        $90
Nevada -             *attorney representation only (no DIY services) $1099

All Other States:                $200

You've got your money ready and are sure you want to file. So how do you get started?

How to get the bankruptcy process started:

1) Fill out our bankruptcy questionnaire.  Make sure once you hit submit that you get a confirmation that it was successfully submitted and there were no errors.  I will then review it and let you know if you are eligible to file chapter 7 bankruptcy.
2) If you are eligible you will then need to start gathering your documents.  Here's what I will need from you:
        a.  Paycheck stubs from you and your spouse for the last 7 months (even if you are filing by yourself, the court still requires paycheck stubs from your spouse to determine your eligibility)
        b.  Your 2 most recent Federal tax returns
        c.  Value of your car and your home if you own it.  (we cannot provide the value for you - some people use zillow for the home value, but keep in mind that its not 100% accurate - and could result in the loss of your home if too much equity and not enough exemptions.  The true value of your home can be ascertained from an appraiser.
       d.  There are 2 courses necessary when filing bankruptcy.  One to get into bankruptcy. One to get out of bankruptcy. They can both be done online and cost approximately $15.  I will need a copy of your first course pre-filing credit counseling certificate.  I will give you instructions to take your second course after the bankruptcy has been filed.
3) Once you have gathered your documents and paid all the applicable fees I will then begin working on your petition. I will send it to you for your review by PDF.  You can let me know if you see any necessary changes. If there are no necessary changes, I will print it and mail it to you to be filed with the court.
4) You will take your petition and $335 court filing fee to the court to file the petition. You will be assigned a case number and a hearing date that you must attend.
5) I will give you instructions to take your second course.  I like for you to take it prior to your hearing date so that you don't have to worry about it later.  Once you leave your bankruptcy hearing, there is nothing else for you to do but be patient.

Please keep in mind that we are bankruptcy petition preparers and not attorneys. So we cannot give legal advice.

When you are ready to proceed start with step 1 and we will contact you within 1 business day of receiving your questionnaire.

Pinterest, Marketing and Blogging, oh my!

Welcome to all my Gifted ones!

I want to let you guys know what I've been up to this week. I have 6 different Pinterest accounts! Whew! I know! 3 of them, I am actively working on. One does well without me touching it for months (has over 90,000 page views per month) and 2 im not ready to work on just yet. So there's always a Pinterest tab open for me.

I mainly am using them to gain traffic to my e-commerce stores.  Now, that I have started to revamp this blog, I will start to drive traffic to it by Pinterest as well.

So with my 3 Pinterest accounts...
1) Is only for Amazon affiliate products. I strictly pin products to this page. Right now it has about 3300 average monthly views. I think that is not bad, because of the 3 accounts, this is the one I use the least.  I am only on 1 group board for this account right now.

2) Is for my travel e-commerce store. I have about 2400 average monthly views on it. I haven't done a whole lot on this Pinterest page, because I am still working on the e-commerce site adding products etc.  I have 17 group boards for this account. 189 followers.

3) Is my baby. This is my jewelry e-commerce store.  I have about 33,800 monthly views on it. 9,721 followers. I have 32 group boards for this account.

My goal for all 3 of these accounts is to join 50 group boards each. Everyday, I am requesting to join about 10 boards for each account.  After I reach 50 groups then my next goals will be 75 and 100.
I really believe in the ability of working group boards. When I calculate the aggregate of members for each group board and the potential reach of each of my pins... I get excited, lol. Don't judge me! lol

However, I wonder how much reach each pin really has for the group boards. As I continue to join more and more groups and follow more people, I still really only notice things that I have searched for in my feed. I don't really see things that people have pinned into the groups Im in... Things that make you go hmmm.

I still have not taken the time to join Tailwind or add my other boards to Board Booster. (I did the trial for board booster for the jewelry store - take a look at the results here)  However, yesterday, I did set up the 2 e-commerce stores to have their pins automatically repinned to my own boards (no group boards) using my follow-liker software.  So we will see how that does.

I also joined shopstyle but I have not posted any affiliate links for them yet.

As far as manually pinning - I've been trying to pin 2-3 times a day. So I will pin 1 or 2 items to all of my group boards for jewelry store. I have not started manually pinning to group boards for the travel store... hence the lower numbers

Blogging - I'm revamping my blog! (its still under construction) My goal is to do 2-3 blogs a week at least. I want to start earning affiliate income from my blogs. Hopefully, I will have my very first income report come December 1st.

For Marketing - check out my latest blog article regarding my affiliate marketing journey.

So what are my goals for the next week:
1) Get the jewelry store up to 50 group boards
2) Get the travel store up to 30 group boards
3) Pin at least 30 more products to my Amazon affiliate page.

What are your goals for the next week? Do you have any suggestions for me and my pinterest accounts?  Chime in below. Don't be a stranger.

Get Rich With Me (GRWM) - Affiliate Marketing Week 2

GRWM affiliate marketing week 2

This page contains affiliate links meaning I earn a commission if you use those links. I only recommend brands I use and trust.

Hey Guys,

I am officially inviting you guys to GRWM! Get Rich With Me!

Im on a never ending quest to be RICH! So, Im going to throw some of my efforts into Affiliate Marketing.

So lets see what I did in week 1:
1) Signed up with two affiliate networks
2) Tried and failed ads
3) Watched youtube videos to get inspired
4) Tried a new source of ads - Bidvertiser

Ok, So what were the results of my week 1 efforts? I found out that Bidvertiser is a total bust! I spent $50 with them. I had to contact them to get my free $20 (should have been automatically applied, but whatevs) As you can see, I got lots of clicks:

bidvertiser review

But then I noticed that I wasn't having ANY CONVERSIONS, despite the amount of clicks.  Some of my affiliate offers were not even requiring a purchase. They only required an email address for the conversion to count. So, I realized something fishy is going on here.  So I was running some traffic to my affiliate offers, but I was also running traffic to one of my products. So I said let me look at the Google Analytics to see whats up.

So, apparently all the traffic I received was from secure.calcch.com   I tried going to that site. Nothing.  I tried going to calcch.com....nothing.  So, how are so many people able to see this ad on this site and click on it? When I can't even get into the site? Something is definitely fishy.

So out of $70 in ad spend with bidvertisers, I had 186,388 impressions, 446 clicks, 0 conversions, $0 in sales.

I felt defeated. So I reached out to someone I know who does affiliate marketing and he said he never heard of them. I reached out to Luke at Peerfly, and he said he did not recommend using them.  So, bidvertiser was a bum source of traffic.... for me.

Luke did refer me to his article for traffic sources.  So, after reading his entire article and comments, I decided that I would research the 4 sources he listed.  As money is tight right now, I decided to go with Bing Ads. I am familiar with them because I've used them in the past. I just didn't think to consider them now, because of my experience with Google Adwords I thought they would block affiliate links too.  But they don't!  So I ran a few ads with them, the traffic was ok. Still no conversions, but I only started off spending like $5.  So I need to go in and revamp some ads and add more budget to them.  My only downfall about Bing, is that they don't allow display banner ads. So they want you to make up text ads.  I wish I could do banner ads with them, that would be great.

I would also like to try out two others of his recommendations... Tonic but they have a minimum deposit of $100 and Content.Ad but they have a $250 minimum deposit.  So, I can't start this venture off completely bleeding, so I will have to wait until I make a profit to reinvest.

So what else did I do this week? (I'll write separate blogs about it for those not interested).  I dabbled some more with Pinterest, I am revamping this blog (still under construction as of 11.5.17) and I signed up for shopstyle collective along with joining a couple of FB groups regarding Pinterest / affiliate marketing.

So, what are my goals for next week:
1) Restart Bing ads with some new affiliate offers
2) Meet with my Affiliate friend to pick his brain. He's doing massive numbers (ok massive to me at this point) October 2017 he made $19,654.25 and spent less than $500 to get that!  He said he's really good at getting organic traffic. So I will see what he recommends to me.
3) write 1-2 blogs this week and finish blog revamp
4) really focus on Pinterest

This is officially November, people are in the buying mood. I just have to get the right offers in front of them!

lets get it!

Free Disney Photo

Free disney photo from your favorite character

Around the Christmas holidays, I am going with my great niece and nephew (6 and 7 years old) on their first trip to Walt Disney World in Florida.

In an attempt to get them extra hype for the trip, I am sending them little things about Disney.

Did you know that you can get a free Disney photo from your favorite character?  Yes, a freebie from Disney.

So, how to get one? You simply write them a letter.  As you can see in the above picture you'll want to have the child's name and address in the upper left hand corner.  Then address the envelope to your favorite character at Disney.  There's two locations you can send to.  So choose whichever one you prefer.  Here are the Disney addresses:

Attn: Favorite character                                     Attn: Favorite Character
The Walt Disney Company          OR             Walt Disney World Communications
Attn: Fan Mail Dept.                                          P.O. Box 10040
500 South Buena Vista Street                          Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-0040
Burbank, CA 91521

I included a letter on the inside asking for a photo.

It takes about 6-8 weeks to receive a signed photo back.  So send it off early if your trip is coming up soon.

Have you ever written a letter to Disney for a free photo? Tell us in the comments which character you wrote to.

Get Rich With Me (GRWM) - Affiliate Marketing Week 1

affiliate marketing 101, beginner affiliate marketing

This page contains affiliate links meaning I earn a commission if you use those links. I only recommend brands I use and trust.

Hey Guys,

I am officially inviting you guys to GRWM! Get Rich With Me!

Im on a never ending quest to be RICH! So, Im going to throw some of my efforts into Affiliate Marketing.

So lets see what I did in week 1:
1) Signed up with two affiliate networks
2) Tried and failed ads
3) Watched youtube videos to get inspired
4) Trying a new source of ads

1) Signed up with two affiliate networks.
I need affiliate offers.  So I needed to sign up with an affiliate network. I was referred to MaxBounty and PeerFly.

So I signed up with both of those. Max Bounty was accepted and active within 24 hours. PeerFly was a little bit longer of an application waiting process. But im officially active with them both now.

I started perusing the offers available and decided I would go with "safe" offers and/or offers I think would be easy to convert.

2) Tried and failed ads
Because I have a few e-commerce stores, im familiar with some forms of online advertising. I know that Facebook is really peculiar about ads that have a lot of words, plus they can be a money drain if not properly targeted.  I know that google adwords doesn't allow you to use an url that re-directs. So, I figured I would start off advertising on group boards in Pinterest and Reddit ads.

I added the image to Pinterest. I went back to edit the source url....and I got blocked... I tried this a few times. doh! So, I realized that Pinterest doesn't allow you to add urls that re-direct either.  So the way affiliate marketing would work for Pinterest would be to write a blog article. Post the blog and then hope someone signs up/buys from your blog post.  I didn't want to write blog posts for each of these affiliate offers I was going to work on. I want a quick fast win. I need to KNOW that this works. And that it can work for me.

So, I said ok. I've had success in the past with Reddit Ads for my e-commerce stores. Let me try there. Denied again. They also do not do url redirects.

Ok, I need a traffic source.

3) Watched YouTube videos to get inspired
Am I going about this the wrong way? Will this not work for me? I need some reassurance. I watched a couple of outdated youtube videos from ClickBank Success.  Particularly the one indicating that you can do affiliate marketing without a website.  I knew it had to be possible! I just needed to figure out how.  Do you ever watch a video, and then at the end feel SUPER STUPID... like. the basic gist of this is send traffic to targeted people that are likely to purchase or sign up for an offer. Im trying to make this overly complex.

The video showed how he sent people directly to the affiliate offer (using a redirect url) for PPC (pay per click) ads.  Thats what I want to do!  Yes, I understand the power of niches. I understand the power of building an email list. etc... but I need to know this works first. Before I put the cart in front of the horse. Lets just make some money first.

Ok, so I need a place that I can put banner ads or search ads that will allow my referral link. I came across this article huge list of traffic sources for advertising.  Its an older article, so not all of the companies listed are still in business.

So I needed to research... which of the ones are still active, and which ones have a low minimum deposit for me to get started with.

4) Trying a new source of ads
So, I decided to try out bidvertiser.  They have an offer that I will receive $20 when I initially sign up with them and make a deposit of $50 to get ads started.  If you click on that link, you can get the same deal.

So I've deposited my money and im waiting for my deposit and ads to be verified to get this party started. (Today's Sunday)

So in full transparency, here are the ads i'm working on this week:

I figure I should be able to get some good conversions from these 3 offers (1 other as well).  We will see.

This week:
I am / will
1) wait on approval from Bidvertiser. Make any adjustments to ads as needed.
2) Look into some other ad traffic sources.

Wish me luck guys! I hope that you will follow along with me on this journey and GRWM so we can be rich together! Tell me in the comments what you are doing / have done in your first week of Affiliate marketing.

Diner En Blanc - Los Angeles 2017 - Preparation Tips

diner en blanc how to prepare what to bring decorations decor ideas supplies
This page contains affiliate links meaning I earn a commission if you use those links. I only recommend brands I use and trust.

Hey Guys!

So last week, I went to Diner En Blanc Los Angeles (2017). This was my first time going. I scoured pinterest left and right for ideas about decorations, what to expect, food etc. So I thought I would share a little bit of information regarding our Diner En Blanc experience now that I've officially gone.

The day of got off to a rocky start. I live on the outskirts of town, so I knew that I would be driving to our meetup location, parking the car and then leaving by UBER to the secret location. I wasn't in love with the menu they offered so I decided to cook our dinner. So that meant, I wanted to literally be pulling the food out of the oven as we were heading out the door.  We got close to the meet up location and thought we'd take an uber from our car over there. We were REALLY close to the meetup spot, so we just walked (about 1 block).  From there we lined up with other people from our group.  Each location is different.  We were to meet at 4:15 for a 4:45 departure.

diner en blanc los angeles

Around 5:15 we finally started to leave after everyone loaded up everything on the bus.  Our bus driver was following a few other buses. Those buses disappeared. We got lost.  The driver finally "found" our destination and dropped us off. There was a couple in the park taking wedding pictures. Everyone joked how cool it would be if we flash mobbed one of their wedding pictures... we didn't.  Around the time everyone unloaded our stuff off the bus, our bus leader saw that we weren't at the right secret location and that we were about a 45 minute walk away.  Thankfully, the bus hadn't left yet.  So we reloaded the bus and then..... the bus broke down! So, long story short, we were late. We arrived around 7:30 or so. The napkin wave had already happened, people were already finished eating and on the dance floor.

DESPITE the rocky start, I STILL had a great time.

So lets break it down... What do you need to prepare for Diner En Blanc?  Diner en blanc is an all-white affair (despite several rule violations I saw - ex. cream, khaki clothing etc.).  Your attire is supposed to be all white, your decorations are supposed to be all white.  Your dinnerware should be real and not plastic. If you want,  you can use silver to accessorize (not gold) You can order food and wine from them, or you can bring your own.  We ordered wine from them and brought our own food.

What was on my menu?
Appetizers - Strawberries, grapes, prosciutto wrapped cheese and shrimp cocktail.

Main course - Chicken caesar salad, Stuffed mushrooms, Stuffed porkchops, and some caesar pasta salad that I picked up from Vons.
Dessert - lemon bundt cakes with lemon drizzle icing

Knowing what I know now, how would I prepare and pack for future Diner En Blanc events? Here are a few of my Diner En Blanc Essentials:

Your going to need a table and tablecloth.  I didn't have either, so I ordered the table from Amazon and headed to my local HomeGoods store (I just love that store) This table is absolutely amazing.  It is a Coleman brand camping table. It rolls up and it is very lightweight. ALOT of people had this exact same table. Great minds think alike!

I also needed chairs. They prefer you have white chairs. If you don't have white chairs, they want you to put a white chair cover over the chair.  I picked 2 chairs up from my local Wal-Mart.  However, you can also order these online.

diner en blanc how to carry all our stuff everything

Now, how are you gonna carry all this stuff? Tables, chairs, decorations etc?  I saw ALL types of things being used to carry stuff (imagine a rolling laundry basket, suitcase with chairs poking thru the zipper etc)  Well, we had this utility cart laying around the house, so we decided to use this.
Guess what, it was able to hold 2 chairs, our table, food and some decorations with no problems.

What you gonna put on this table?

If you don't have this stuff at home, it can easily be found in a store (well since I went to 4 different home goods stores, plus a couple of Ross and TJ maxx - I won't say easily, lol) You need plates to eat off. My plates at home are an Asian theme so they are red and black and wouldn't work.  So I went to the Dollar Tree and got 2 awesome plates for $1 each.  I had battery-operated tea lights at home. This worked out perfectly because you can't use real candles.

I also found our tea light holders at Dollar Tree. I grabbed 3 of those. I also grabbed two colossal size wine glasses. I didn't want to bring mine from my home. So if they broke, it would only be $1. (they survived) And I was desperately looking for this 3 tiered tray (the reason for the million store stops). I was unable to find it in clear (I didn't want white because it wouldn't fit in with my other decor when I'm entertaining. ) So I eventually settled for a two tier tray I found at Burlington Coat Factory. I also found 2 sparkly table mats that I ABSOLUTELY ADORE!  The cutlery, I brought from home.  Here's a few links if you need a 3 tiered tray, plates, napkins and candles.

Here's my table for the night:  (sorry the pictures are all dark, we got there so late it was night already)

If you are bringing food from home you will also need an insulated bag, picnic basket and/or tote bag:

Personally, I think the picnic basket is a bit excessive. However, if you do alot of picnics this could come in handy. Or if you are bringing your really good china / cutlery and want it to say safe, this would be perfect.

What to wear:

Seeming as its October and after labor day. White was nowhere to be found in my local stores. So here is what I found online I really loved this dress. I ended up having to cut the lining out though.  And here are the shoes I wore.

Here's what hubby decided on:

He already had a white shirt and white shoes, so he just needed pants and a belt.

whew!

My pocketbook was so ready to shut down the last 24 hours before this event! We spent so much money to get ready for it. However, the good news is, we will be ready for next year much easier. (and cheaper!!!)

So after all of the preparations... its time to have a lil fun:

So what did you guys think? Chime in below. Have you been to Diner En Blanc? Tell me about it in the comments below.

BoardBooster - using it for the first time

This page contains affiliate links meaning I earn a commission if you use those links. I only recommend brands I use and trust.

Hey Guys,

So I have multiple websites. I decided to use BoardBooster on one of e-commerce websites to see how it does. I kept seeing EVERYONE mention using BoardBooster to help increase your pinterest traffic.  So here are my results as of October 18, 2017:

how to increase your pinterest followers results

In FULL DISCLOSURE, I completely set up board booster wrong.  I decided that I was going to watch a Youtube video on how to set it up. Then, I was watching the video and the lady was talking to slow for my liking and I was like I can totally set this up without a tutorial... Well, I was wrong. Although, I am satisfied with my results (because I pinned the same pins OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER again), I will watch a tutorial on how to set it up properly for the next go. I think when set up properly, it will totally be even better results.

So lets take a look at what my Pinterest analytics stats are for today:

how to increase pinterest followers

So, I didn't do a screenshot of my pinterest analytics before I started, but here are the stats:

October 11, 2017
Pinterest Profile
Average daily impressions - 3726
Average daily viewers - 1212

People you reach:
Average monthly viewers - 21,419
Average monthly engaged - 788

Website activity:
Average daily impressions - 134

Average daily viewers - 101

So as you can see, my average monthly viewers and engaged did increase. This is without me using any group boards. This is with me setting up board booster wrong.

So, what is my next game plan?

I have purchased Mommy On Purpose's Pinteresting Strategies e-book.  I intend to implement her strategies of manually posting (when I can), but I will also have scheduled postings. I will either do scheduled postings thru boardbooster (setting it up correctly) and/or using my followliker software.

I will keep you guys updated.

DIY Eyelash / Eyebrow Growth Serum Booster Recipe

Some women are blessed with really long eyelashes and/or eyebrows. I have naturally long eyelashes (one time, I got individual falsies and my lashes were longer than the fake lashes), however, my eyebrows are another story. They are very sparse and in need of some TLC.  So I decided to creat my own DIY Eyebrow Growth Serum Booster.

I have linked to Amazon for all of the ingredients in case you don[t have them at home already.

Here's what you need:

1) Castor Oil
2) Coconut Oil
3) Vitamin E (optional)
4) container -
     option A or
option B  (preferred if you are doing for eyelash growth - to prevent bacteria)

You will want to mix equal parts of the castor oil and coconut oil and put them into your container. You can add Vitamin E (or avocado oil) or any other oil of your choice if you like. The real oil doing the work here is the castor oil.

So once you have mixed your oils and put them into whichever container you will use, you can apply it nightly before bed.  Most people will start to see results in approximately 2-3 months. Some people will even start to see them growing in 2-3 WEEKS!

After you make your mixture, don't forget to send us before and after pictures of your eyelashes or eyebrows.
