So, I was reading Single Ma's blog and I came across one of her posts, where she had written down her Fitness goals and rewards. I thought that was an awesome idea, and so I shall do the same thing.
I'm trying to lose 40 or so pounds...so I'll give myself a reward every 10 pounds.
10 Lbs lost = buy myself some new workout clothes (already accomplished).
20 Lbs lost = Treat myself to a Hot stone massage and facial
30 Lbs lost = Victoria's secret bikini (hopefully this will be met during bikini season)
40 Lbs lost = Spa day at Burke Williams & $200 worth of new clothes to fit my new hot bod!
